Payment Methods
Transactions accepted are those made through Visa (Credit/Debit) and Mastercard. We accept only payments in GBP (£).
Arrival Time
If you turn up more than 15 minutes after your game has started, timer will start at 15 minutes into the game & you will only have the remaining time (not the full hour).
Room Damage
Should the customers break anything in the room or damage the room then you will be fined.
Age Requirements
Children under 16 cannot play alone they have to be accompanied by an adult.
Booking Changes
You cannot reserve a slot without payment, minimum 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. No refunds will be given. Changes in reservation date can be arranged up to 24h before the original booking. If changes occur within the last 24h, you will incur a £20 surcharge. No cancellations.

Photos and Videos
No pictures or videos to be taken of inside the rooms, if you do then you will be escorted out the room immediately and will not be allowed to finish the game.
